Hotel Urban St Leonards, St Leonards

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, providing a cozy environment. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members making my stay even more pleasant. The location was convenient, close to essential amenities and public transport. The dining experience was delightful at Sure cafe. However, the noise from the adjacent room was a bit disruptive at times, and the dining options were limited. Despite these minor issues, the hotel offered great value for money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with a great bed but the noise from the main road was a downside, making it a bit hard to relax. The staff was accommodating and flexible with payment, which was a big plus. The location was perfect for my needs, close to transportation, although dining was a bit hit or miss. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
